Sony stated that the 20 exclusives coming to PS4 are made by FIRST PARTY STUDIOS.

That's like saying Nintendo is releasing 18 1st party titles in the Wii U's first year. If they did that I'm sure you would be on your knees crying tears of joy. That list that you put out doesn't even compare to what MS showed at E3. I'm sure we will see exclusive shovelware on PS4 and Xbone as well.

And let's not even include all the de facto 3rd party exclusives for the PS4 and Xbone since those games aren't even releasing on Wii U. You really have to be blindfolded at this point to see that the Wii U isn't stacking up to the it's big brothers.

First party and second party* (at least that's what they meant bc the Order 1886 is counted as part of that 20). Same for X1.

Still a big distinction, and clearly OP didn't understand the X1 and PS4 numbers. 

Though even then Wii U has plenty of FP and SP exclusives and exclusives in general, and 15 and 20 aren't extraordinarily huge, so his point still kind of stands.

GOOD. But dont you think it was a bit too late, i mean most people are getting a PS4 or XBONE they dont want to push out another $350 when PS4/XBONE can do the same thing with more content.

It is a big number.

The key is
1. whether people want those exclusives
2. how many games are on the system full stop.

Games are games at the end of the day, people want great games.Exclusives are nice, but if a console has superior versions of 3rd party games thats a plus. If a next gen platform has games which are not exclusive but not available on current gen systems (witcher 3, devision, FFXV) that is an even bigger deal in terms of importance for gamers.
