It did sound too good to be true but we'll never know the truth now.

Not sure if you are saying those people who called it a demo mode or those people who believed they would allow you to share a game with 10 people with no restrictions?

MS guy states it wasnt something but doesnt go to clarify... yeah not the first time they've muddied the water (and not actually stated clearly what it was). Guy from that website who are pro MS just says it wasnt "demos".... well he would be right, it would be 1 hour of a full game... a full game access for 1 hour isnt a demo... even though it is (see how it works... simple).

To be honest i am disappointed they didnt continue with all this DRM and family plan, then perhaps some people could actually wake up and smell the coffee. Unfortunately they will still be in denial.

Ok so Marc Whitten saying the same thing on twitter that was my initial reaction. Just sounds silly and like a complete utter waste of time.
