Wow! Easy there, man. I'm surprised how confindent you are that your opinion represents the majority here. And no, you don't have to live in a cave to not have internet connection. I've lived in several European countries and especially when you move from a flat/house to another, getting interenet usually takes at the very least around 15 days (though in most cases around a month). What are xbone gamers supposed to do in the meantime if they wanna play their games? This is a good decision for the majority whether you realize it or not.

butbutbut you could use you mobilephone, everybody has a smartphone nowadays....andandand the verification woud only take some kilobytes, NOT TERABYTES... it would have ben FAR better for everyone...because .....uhhhh Publishers would lower the prices.....and ehhhh 10 people would play one game .............
