Still play offline.
Can still work around this with a VPN to make it look like you're in US. (this is prevalent in those nations anyways, but you can't even buy Xbone in those countries)

If it is the same as the PS3, then you don't even need a VPN. Just put in a fake US (or wherever) address when signing up.

Guys, what some are saying is very true. You can make a PSN account in another country, you can use then prepaid PS Store and PS+ cards no problem. The countries affected are probably barely 0.2% of gamers, and they'll have PSN very soon.

Uh...that's not different from how things currently have. All of us in Romania have UK or US accounts, cuz otherwise online is restricted to us.
So it seems to be business as usual to us.
