Good for him, not an ambition to strive for.

Shocking statement given the lack of innovation of the Nintendo line-up and the wave of new IPs on PS4/X1.

So which new IP they showed (with gameplay) was that promising?

The Division, TitanFall, Spark, The Order 1886, Watchdogs, The Evil Within, The Witness, Beyond, Pupetter, Rain... should I continue?

Innovation?

If it isn't turnbased it isn't worth playing   (mostly)

And shepherds we shall be,

For Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be. In Nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritūs Sancti. -----The Boondock Saints

I know he doesn't say he dislikes the games, what I'm saying is; I know he doesn't want to make games like those himself, which is a good thing for him and for you and for me in my opinion since I feel, personally, that those games are mostly shit.

confirmation bias, Miyamoto subconscious knows that he is incapable of making the games he's seeing at E3, Miyamoto looks at these games and feels unimpressed allowing his conscious to make the comment "Of course, I would like to know what they do with their machines, but there is no game that I feel the need to go see. So far, from what I've seen on the show this year, there does not seem to be any games that I would like to have created myself."

All jokes aside, Miyamoto needs to shut his yap, he's living on his past glories, he needs to make something new, something spectacular, something so unique that people can look at his comment and agree irrespective if you like Nintendo or not.....but the reality is, he's struggling with Pikim 3 and seems to no longer possess the creative spark that generated the beloved characters and franchises he made.

Now I may be wrong because Miyamoto has plenty of time to create a brand new IP as big and impacting as Mario, Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda, Star Fox, F-Zero, and Pikmin, however, the question is, can he?
Cuz with the comment he made, he better put his money were his mouth is....just sayin.

my 2 cents.

lol some people are really sensitive

honestly there wasn't anything different this year, just a bunch of new shooters with better online stuff

lets not forget that he has been a developer for a long time and is responsible for some of the best games out there so he can easily see things we can't.

    R.I.P Mr Iwata :'(

he never said he didn't like the games, he just doesn't want to create it....man, people need to chill down.

Probably because of those games that were shown weren't for people under 12 years old.

Moderated,

-Mr Khan

Unlike Nintendo am I right miyamoto?

O right lets have Mario save the princess for the millionth time....
at one time he has created some innovative games, but seems to me he hasn't evolved

Nintendo games aren't made for children. They're made for all ages.
