Forums - Gaming Discussion - Final Fantasy XV Will Have Multiple Direct Sequels

Multiple sequels? Good bad? Not enough? Too many?

1 Sequel would be fine 15 10.42%

2 Sequels would be fine 15 10.42%

3 Sequels would be fine 5 3.47%

4 Sequels would be fine 1 0.69%

5 Sequels would be fine 0 0%

6 Sequels would be fine 12 8.33%

6? You're insane! 1 0.69%

NO MORE SEQUELS! 89 61.81%

See 6 4.17%

Total:144

Final fantasy is dead to me, it peaked a long time ago.

for all yous know the game could be worthy of a sequel (or not i guess...)

Yay! Milk those assets square!

I guess I should be excited that FFXV could give me multiple climaxes.

We should play the first one then decide after.. Like that I would love them to make just moar and moar of sequels to FFIV and FFVII

Lol i guess they might aswell do it again.

They did it with X, then they were pretty much forced to do it again with 13 so they might aswell keep doing it at this point

Well the way, Square work now, its A Final fantasy for a generation, cristal febula thing. they will re use asset to lower the cost.

so depending of the cycle I would, and only y the release it by the 2014 debut I would say 3 sequel from this one.

But FF13 killed all my will to want any ff anymore that so sad ._.

this worries me; but I think that Nomura is a very capable developer; so hopefully it will turn good.

That's probably for the best. The poll though is so telling... Not even FFXV is out yet and a majority of us are saying no to sequels.

You know, with every shit-storm that happens with every SE game I always hope they learn their lesson.

With FF v XIII, they had a game they announced as a sequel that was a constant sore spot to them because it was never ready. In order to fix that they just decided that it's going to be FFXV which is fine.

And then they start announce sequels to FFXV...

You'd figure they'd learn the first time around. They deserve to go bankrupt if this game sucks.
