Forums - Gaming Discussion - TitanFall possibly coming to PS4?

So if DR3 and SO are published by Microsoft Studios then 99% they will stay exclusives. Still Mass Effect managed to release on PS3 even though it was first published by MS but the chances are very slim.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!

Imo it will be exclusives for a couple of months

Bet reminder: I bet with Tboned51 that Splatoon won't reach the 1 million shipped mark by the end of 2015. I win if he loses and I lose if I lost.

If the PS4 outsells the Xbone then Ea will have to go on the PS4 as well. But if the opposite thing happens and EA gets enough sales plus the M$ funding then I am pretty sure they will roll with M$

That being said, I am going to play it on Origin anyways

It's a timed exclusive online multiplayer only game . Il wait till enhanced version comes to ps4

...not much time to post anymore, used to be awesome on here really good fond memories from VGchartz...

PSN: Skeeuk - XBL: SkeeUK - PC: Skeeuk

really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...

Microsoft publisher DR3 doesn't matter, they don't own it, Capcom does. Likely part of a timed exclusive deal, but plenty third party games get published by first parties and go on to get ported to other consoles.

I don't think so. Why didn't we get first Dead Rising for the PS3 then? Of course the IP is in Capcom hands, I'm not saying that Dead Rising won't see it's way to PS4 eventually, just rather not Dead Rising 3. They may end up doing something in the likes of Dead Rising: Super Razor's Edge Arcade Edition that will be basically Dead Rising 3 enhanced that can be released on the PS4 through a loophole in the deal, but I think that's unlikely.

It's the same things like with Bayonetta 2, published by Nintendo so don't hold your breath for any other console release, I recall someone from Platinium Games saying something like that exactly.

Obviously a timed exclusive. It's coming on multiple platforms but they're all MS platforms.

Can't fucking wait. The only game I saw on Monday that seemed worth an investment in a new console.

I wouldn't be surprised if it is a timed exclusive, but at the same time, I wouldn't wait for it to be released on PS4 (I'll likely get the game, provided that it turns out great, on PC).

Who is the publisher, who owns the IP?

If its EA or Respawn it will %100 come to PS4. It being a persistently online game, exclusivity will be a continually high cost on microsoft's behalf. How long they're willing to pay and how much EA/respawn demand from them is in correlation to the games success and Xbox One sales.

If the game isn't a big hit microsoft won't care, and we'll see it on ps4 by 2014/early 2015. I assume the initial contact is 6-12months.

If the game is a mega success, Microsoft will be willing to throw a ton of money at Respawn/EA until they reap all the benefits they need. Essentially until everyone wants to play this game would have already bought a Xbox One over a PS4 (2/3 years)

If the game is a huge success but Xbox One sales are lagging behind PS4, EA/Respawn will cut the exclusivity as soon as they get the chance regardless of what MS is offering.

Mass Effect, Ninja Gaiden and some other exceptions published by Microsoft.

PC, 360 and Xbone. The Game looks fantastic, gamers will choose the 360, PC versions over the Xbone one, I am wishing.

What? You wish people will buy it on 360 and pc and not on Xbone?
