WOW....this post is just....wow...so disrespectful of what you call "broke" or "cheap" people smh. BIll gates a billionare wears JC penny clothes where a outfit is like $30 so I guess he is also "cheap" that was silly logic from me but what you just said is pretty much on the same wave length. The consumer has ALWAYS went with trying to find the best deals possible. That is not being cheap that is being NORMAL, most NORMAL families shop smart....people with REAL money don't always buy the NEW they are to smart for that hence the reason they have REAL MONEY. They buy what they need and some things that they may want.

I don't like responding to posts like this because they just scream a LOT of I will say "bad" things. and I have to wod myself very carefully. To say that "broke" people will buy the PS4 and not many games and the folks with "money" will go with MS is silly. I couldgo as far to say well MS will be the one that suffers seeing as you can SUPPOSEDLY share ONE game with 9 other "family" members just by letting them log into your account. Hey why buy the game if I can just download it on 9 other systems and share it with freinds and fmaily?

But anyway let me stop here and say please don't be so disrespectful towards those who just happen to see things different than you by calling them cheap and broke...it says a lot about your character...just my opinion.

If someone asked Kaz what system someone should buy if they don't want to pay to play online, is he going to answer WiiU, or is he going to answer PS3? And when he does answer PS3, are all these people with Sony avatars/signatures going to call him arrogant or crap on him like they are doing Mattrick? Not a snowballs chance in hell lol.

Which is why I agree. He is still promoting MS and their systems. Just saying the Xbox One is not for you. Do I think it is good to basically say that to potential customers...no. But do I understand where heis coming from without a doubt. But that would have been HILARIOUS had he said get a PS4 or Wii U lol.

You know, stating this and believing that the DRM thing is bothering more than the Sony loyalists and few hardcore gamers will not make it more real.

Read this : I have 2 friends that are going to buy an Xbox One as they are not sticking on this DRM thing only and are looking at other aspects. See, nothing shocking here, it is normal to have people talking about it. As far as the "negative" impact, it is only on few hardcore and the people who were already not interrested by the Xbox One anyway (I'm not making numbers here, just look at who is constantly blasting the Xbox One on this site for instance and look at their signature, nothing out of the ordinary).

On the opposite a lot of people who are not "hardcore" gamers (up to your definition) are also looking for the Xbox One now...

Actually no.

Its the poor people who pirate that have caused this. Christ it was estimated that 3 mill copies of Halo 3 were pirated and I believe 2 mill of Gears Of War 2. 

In my local area there is 5 Facebook sellers who sell pirated games. On Facebook. £5 each. £10 each for new games. CRAZY!

Im sure there are those out there who dont earn alot of money but are honest and buy used games or new. But there is a huge population who have chipped consoles and play pirated games.

So instead of rallying against a principle rally against Piracy. The movie industry is almost set to become country locked by 2014. Bluray only.

Hence why all Bluray players come with the ability to connect to the internet. 

PS4 will 100% have 3rd party publishers using some kind of fee if you buy the game and someone else already registered it to their PSN account. Ubisoft already said at E3 they can do this on PS4. And they followed with it is actually need to save the industy with its ever increasing development costs. 

Microsoft of course are looking after their bank balance, but this kind of thing would not have been on the table had digital theft not been so HIGH. 

Personally Ive never Pirated. I hold a good job and have a great internet connection. So do all my friends. 

We are all getting Xbox One, because we dont mind Microsoft stopping the sad pathetic billion $ Piracy industry.

I can deal with digitally lending my games to friends in my family list. For no charge.

I can deal with trading my crap games in at designated stores ( not that I trade much at all ) .

But also I love the idea of always on. I love that my phone is, I love that my Tablet is and I love the possibilities of The One and its online functions. 

Its the last industry to adopt this, so finnnnnnaaaaalllllllyyyyyyyyy we have it. YAY!!!!

PS4 and The One are actually going for 2 different demographics. 

Someone like me who wants more than a videogame toy, is finally glad to see a console that truly attempts to unify my living room. Whilst providing me with amazing exclusive games.

I obviously meant any other relevant console would be an option since the One is the only online required console.

Its annoying to always elaborate because you're pretending you don't have common sense.
