2014 release... x, bayonetta, mario kart, smash, zelda, fexsmt... best game year ever!!!!

i see 2014 releases looking like this

Mario & Sonic Olympics-Jan/Feb to coincide with the Olympics

Mario Kart 8-April to coincide with a price cut, good way to start off the fiscal year strong

Smash Bros-Summer release, June-Sept

Wii Sports U/Zelda-big Holiday titles like Wii launch

Thats 5 games with 5m+ potential and games like Bayonetta 2, X, Yarn Yoshi, SMTxFE and 3rd Sonic exclusive all have potential to sell 1-3m and will be mixed evenly between the bigger titles. 2-3 solid exclusives per quarter.

I hope they take their time with this. Zelda used to stand for innovation, and a sense of grandness that was found nowhere else. IMO, Zelda has been stagnating since WW. I think it's time to really push the series to a completely new place. Change combat to make it more fun, make the over world huge and very very dense, no more crappy guides. No 3 hour long tutorial. The no particular order feature for dungeons is pretty great. I think that we should start out with bow, bombs, boomerang, and the other basic weapons. No need to have a whole dungeon based around the bow, we've done that before. Also, I want a completely new artstyle. It's time to reinvent zelda while drastically expanding freedom, and exploration.

Apparently they did the same thing with Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze at last year's E3.

Why did i here of this just now. FML hype time Zelda wii U could come next year. Yeah

Of course this game is far into development: Iwata publicly asked Aonuma in an Iwata asks interview to cut down development time of the next Zelda game to 3 years. Skyward Sword released in 2011 and they've been working on the next home console Zelda ever since. Simply put, dev time (and maybe costs) of home console Zelda games were getting out of hand so Iwata had to change something.

This game will either be out in late 2014 or Aonuma will be getting his ass kicked. *laughs*

OMG Why not Nintendo????

No matter. That will make the next E3 all the more sweet!

Think of the amount of stuff they could show next year, when the game's supposedly almost completed? zorg1000's scenario is now the best I think. But yeah, I would've been happy if they'd showed it now, naturally .

Save it for later in the year. Glad they didn't show it.

Why bother? The game is at least 2 years away from being released anyway.

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
