I had it for the gamecube and PS2, but I couldn't decide on a main to master and I didn't know too much about the cast. My friends and people that usually play these fighting games with me didn't really like it niether. DOA and the DBZ games are the only 3D fighters I could get into.

I like Street fighters, KOF, and Darkstalkers the best. The combos and moves aren't as fun in 3d.

I understand I suppose.  My mains in SC2 were Sophitia and Seung Mina. ^_^

Anywho, you should check out MBAC if you haven't (it's 2D).  I like it because it has a fast-paced, combo-oriented fighting style.  Plus the fights just look great.

Melty Blood Act Cadenza! ^_^
There's also an online patch for that game so we can still challenge each other.
I'm not sure if online supports the 4 player mode though.
I main Nanaya Shiki.

Also, the sprites look much much uglier than that.

Edit: I just remembered Riot doesn't have a PC...

I like Ciel actually.  As long as you don't use Mecha Hisui I'm good to go.   ^_^

Riot doesn't have a PC?  You're kidding right?

Nope, he says he uses his itouch to browse the forums.
Of course that was about a week ago so he might have brought a new PC, but from what I gathered he had no plans of getting one yet.
That's actually one(main?) reason why he didn't join AllisBrawl.

Anyway, I'm not really one of those hardcore players memorizing combos(I suck).
I just have the game because I'm a fan of the series.

That's both a gift and a curse. If you get him off stage he's not hard to KO by gimping at a low percentage at all. His Up-B does no damage so its the easiest move to edge hog.

If you think that, you haven't played a good Lucario.

Extreme Speed doesn't always need to get you to the ledge. It needs to get you to the stage. Lucario can cling to the side of the stage and decide where to go from there.

I've played tournament ready Lucarios and quite a few at that. If he goes to cling for the stage, you just hit him right into it when he does and stage spike him off then edge hog him again. If he goes for the stage itself, jump up and prepare a lingering hit box for him to run right into. Its not impossible to get back to the stage with him, but its far harder then characters with a damaging Up-B.

Same with me and most fighting games (SC, MBAC, Smash...etc).  I play to have fun.  If I happen to get better while I'm having fun, so much the better.  ^_^

I saw Batman at midnight and i seriously consider it the ebst movie of all time. The joker is so damn smart! every thing he said came true and is true in real life. Guys, plz go see this movie.

Damaging is sometimes beneficial but not always.  Fox/Falco provide good examples as it's pretty easy to have a smash at the end or even during their recovery.  The only real advantage it really gives is that you can pick off edge grabbers, but since Lucario can cling to the side of many stages, he doesn't need that advantage.
