I've not yet decided which next-gen console to buy, but unlike your predictions I don't think I'll go with the console that deteriorates the current conditions the most regarding DRM.
Based on Amazon's bestseller list it doesn't look like their customers agree with you either. PS4 - XB1 in UK (10 - 16), in Germany (4 - 43) and in Spain (10 - 59).
