For Animal Crossing, press the L and R bumper buttons together and once they are saved upload them to a hosting site. its a bit of a pain with the 3DS since I remember having to take out the SD card and hooking it to my a SD reader to do it unless there is a new way now...

you can't do it anymore on the 3ds, nintendo took it down on the friend list page. Too many people were abusing it and sending rude things to the little kids...

slightly off topic but the web browsing on the wii u pad feels better than the ipad mini's......
