Forums - Sony Discussion - Gran Turismo 6 will still have Standard cars without interiors

Include less cars and make all beter

My thoughts exactly, I'd rather have 100+ highly detailed extremely well simulated cars than some poorer quality models that detract from the game.

there's 1200 cars, and hundreds of premium, relax.....

The title is a little wrong...

GT6 have the same standards cars that you see in GT5 with some of them being upgraded to Premium.. and all the new cars are Premium... and ALL CARS IN GT5 HAVE INTERIOR VIEW.

The standards cars just don't have high detailed interior view but every cars in GT5 have interior view.

Why? Each standard car play/drive different from each other.

GT is about driving... that part you need the standard cars because they have their own driving physics (each of them).

You know each standard cars play different from each other... that's the motive PD prefered a lot of cars instead only 500 Preminum one.

That the reason behind a lot of Skylines too... because each Skyline cars play different from each other.

I appreciate your opinion, but no thanks to that solution.
GT6 will have a huge number of highly detailed extremely well simulated cars, and then a boatload of other cars. That's fine by me. Extra content doesn't detract from the game to me, it improves it.

I think it's cool that I can race in cars that I actually drive IRL.

The best part of the news...

"Up until now, we used to categorize them as Standard and Premium because there were functional differences between them: some of the Standard models might not have tuning parts, or couldn't be used in Photo Mode. That will all be cleared so every model can be used in Photo Mode, and every car can have parts fitted for it."

Now everything you can do with a Premium car can be done with Standard car now... every tune feature will be available... nice.

In the end, they are a relatively small studio, and they can only do so much. Regardless, I now feel even better about my bet :)

I simply don't get this personally, standard and premium cars? Make all cars as top-notch as you can in the time you have, seems like the best, simplest and fairest option to me.

+1

Damn it. Well I don't use those standard cars unless I have to. I mean it was a pain in the ass having to buy one because you have to go in and out of the dealership just the get the right one.
