The X-Box 360's can.  The PS3's can.  The Wii U's can't. PC obviously can.

The Wii U is the only console that can't (not counting the Wii U).  Of course, the Wii U doesn't require a full install of each game...



Not too much different from proprietary 360 HDD upgrades. If anything now you will have more freedom in selecting your storage.

At least it has USB 3.0 and a half decent amount of internal storage unlike another next-gen console.
