The conference itself was "meh" for me, not horrendous like some people are saying but not great either.

The problem are all this things that are coming out: fee for used games, having to activate games via online, mandatory installs, always "kinected", etc. Seriously, this is turning out to be one of the worst reveals in the history of gaming.
