Forums - Nintendo - Precursor Games say Wii U is a “great system to work with”

Great avatar!

Crytek themselves have said Cryengine 3 runs "beautifully" on Wii U.

And yet another dev that says the Wii U is capable. It makes me wonder what really happened between Nintendo and EA. Do you really think it's just a lack of sales that pushed them away? Considering that their ports were half-assed and didn't even bring the DLC to Wii U other than content already on disc, I'm not so sure about that. You'd think they would want to fully support their franchises no matter what system it's on.

Off-topic: They are making 10k a day, so it will reach at most in their wildest dreams 500k. They are not going to reach their goal.

Stop trolling the Wii U, pezus.

They are saying that, so that WiiU owners (an nintendo users in general) support them.  It may or not be true; but considering how things are going for nintendo, if it gets a console exclusive, and they praise the system, it is very likely to get support.

The sad/funny thing is that by how things are going in kickstarter they are not going to reach their goal.

Yay! Who is Precursor games, besides wanting to make an Eternal Darkness game? Yay!

They are Silicon Knights.

Basically Silicon Knights have closed own due to they huge amount of debts and the rulers have created another studio, Precursor Games, to continue their mad voyage to hell. That's why they claim that "Shadow of the Eternals" is a spiritual successor of "Eternal Darkness".

Sweet Jesus! I did not know. Well, at least they are still around in spirit. Bringing back a game that was not a huge seller is not a good start for their new Fledgling company.

But it's their most known game... besides Too Human, and that one did even worse.

Argh, the Silicon knights thing.

I wonder why it's companies like Factor-5 and Silicon that left Nintendo after GC just collapsed.

Especially Factor-5. Shame that they did that.

Ambition, I guess.

They looked at the sales of the GameCube and thought that they should risk developing for the other consoles. And they didn't had luck, like many other Co.

I agree that I felt more sorry for Factor-5, Nintendo should have bought them and make them do StarFox games.
