Come to think of it, a lot of movies that came from Stephen King's writings could be classed as cult films. So too with the 'Tales From the Crypt' films.

Another one I just thought of is From Dusk Til Dawn.

And Shawn of the Dead :)

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Shaun of the Dead.  I remember when i rented it to watch it the first time, i watched it 5 times in 2 days.  Unfortunetly for some reason most of my friends hate that movie, they just dont see the humor in it.

That group is more popular now with Hott Fuzz (another favorite) and they already have another film supposed to be coming out soon called Run Fatty, i think? and a 2nd one they are supposed to be filming in the US, something about British Tourists or something doing a roadtrip across the country.

Yeah, those are both great movies.  I just think of the silly Queen scene in shawn of the dead where they hit the zombie.

Check my profile. :P

There is a newer movie that I really liked and think will eventually become cult hit called Running Scared. It has the douchebag from the Fast and Furious as the star, but somehow it is a really awesome movie.

I also agree with the aformentioned:

They Live

Boondock Saints

Big Lebowski

I'll toss in:

Remo Williams (The Adventure Begins)

Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky

I remember that movie, good one, had a little bit of a different style of filming.  Favorite part is when the wife offs the pedophiles, like seriously, i cheered when i saw that the first time.
