So Nintendo now owns Sonic? That's pretty cool considering they should do a much better job with it than Sega.

Can someone clarify this? So Sonic is now Nintendo exclusive?

They only mentioned a big partnership between both companies (making emphasis on the Sonic franchise). There's apparently 3 Sonic exclusives (one that hasn't been revealed yet). So for now I don't think all of Sonic will become exclusive to Nintendo.

I don't believe so. It just means Nintendo is handling the publishing duties for the next few Sonic projects on the Wii U/3DS, I would imagine some of this has to do with Sega shutting down Sega of America and the like.
