Gap with Wii is 22.4m, somewhere next year this gap will decrease to <10m, how long until it reaches Wii? Will it even outsell Wii?

The gap will only decrease by 8million next financial year.

PS3 will Outship Wii on 31st June 2016.

Never. I expect PS3 sales in 2014 to drop quite sharply but if they don't then it will probably pass the Wii in 2016 or 2017.

It could happen, but that won't be anytime soon, 2015 is my guess.

never or very late if ps4 won't be too expensive and won't have a late release in countries like south africa, russia and so on... otherwise maybe anytime in 2016.

Well if your still going to be counting 3 or 4 years from now then 2016 at the earliest. But by then who cares? PS4 and Xbox Infinity will be dominating the console market making the PS3 passing the Wii a non significant event.

It took PS3 an entire generation to potentially pass X360.
PS3 is being replaced THIS holiday.
PS3 has YOY major declines in sales even without the PS4 on the market.
PS3 has been a largely costly hardware for Sony.
PS3 will be retired in 2016 at the latest. (maybe 2015)

Now let's compare Wii.

I don't think it ever will. I would expect an exponential drop in sales to have already begun. Unlike past PlayStations it hasn't hit a $99 price point yet. It's too expensive for budget shoppers but soon won't be the latest model, leaving it in limbo. Unless PS4 is very expensive, I think PS3 will drop a lot next year.
