I voted Drake - UC is one of my fav IPs so a no-brainer for me.

If was to narrow it down to one of the characters on your list it would probably be Ezio Auditore I find him just a bit more interesting then Nathan Drake.

Ezio was interesting, but I've seen more faces of nathan drake within a shorter period of time. We basically played as Ezio from birth to death, so he has a special place in my heart as well. Nathan Drake has experienced betrayl, love, comic relief is desperate times, anger, hes really smart and quick witted and gets himself out of the tightest of situations, he doesnt like to kill but if he will if he has to. I feel like I have so much more to learn from Nathan and in every game he grows is in some way that I never experienced even in the first two Assassins Creeds featuring ezio.
I think command shepard is the most unique character, it's a character that can be a male or a female, it's a character that can be good or ruthless, we're the ones who create Shepard
I don't think characters particularly matter anymore in games.

Well Nintendo has come up with up to 10 new IPs for 3DS and coming up with up to 5 new IPs for Wii U:
I'll try to name some:
3DS:
Spirit Camera the Cursed Memior
Dillon's Rolling Western (the sequel out to)
Sakura Samurai Art if the Sword
Pushmo (sequel already out)
Ketzal's Corridor
Kersploosh!
Steel Diver
Wii U:
Bayonetta 2 & up
Yarn Yoshi
Nintendo Land
There are a bunch more 1st Party IPs that are new in the 8th gen.
I think Dillon might be most influential 8th Gen character maybe.

I dont play 3DS so I dont know any of those, but the Wii U titles arent new IPs. Dillon might be...but I dont know how many people he reached.
It's Mii. No contest, really.

I'd have voted if there was a box for FemShep, but there is only Commander Shepard. The female VO just had much more character compared to the male version and I don't want to vote for the male version half at all.
Well, the three most successful have been Nathan Drake, Commander Shepard and Marcus Fenix.
But Marcus Fenix has the personality of a brick wall and even less likeability, and Shepard can't really be considered an influential character because he isn't a character at all. He is of indeterminate race and gender, and makes no decisions at all other than those you tell him to make.
That leaves Nathan Drake, who is a hugely popular, very charming and surprisingly deep character who can hopefully be fleshed out further in future games.
