Amazon indicates more about a momentum shift or a preorder increase than cumulative points. That's what I've noticed over the years in comparison with Comgnet. When a game is getting higher in amazon, the daily preorders increase.

Obviously just my theory but it's a correlation I've noticed over the years in this thread.

Possibly has too much competition from other Switch games right now. ARMS is on #5, Pokken on #6 and 11, MH XX on #15. Once Pokken settles down again and ARMS being released, I see Splatoon being on Top again until release. Also, Splatoon has 7 SKU plus 4 Bundles on Amazon Japan, this disparity costs the version on top certainly some points, too.

Dragon Quest XI is already second for PS4 and will easily take the top spot from Final Fantasy.
