What is next Switch game coming up in Japan? Would be fun to see if the Switch has a chance at 5 games at the same time.. but cant think of any games coming up? doubt SoM collection would gather enough pre-orders would it?

Fire Emblem Warriors peobably? Maybe DQXI but Square hasn't announced a date or shown anything sooooo yeah, may as well not be a thing as far as preorders go for now.

How about Minecraft Switch edition (releasing May 12)? Or is that one download only?

For Minecraft i believe they said a physical release will come later down the line, but i would still expect to chart when it does come around.
