Well, in Gran Turismo's case, it was on the chart when it had a release date, but then it was delayed and a new date hasn't been announced for it yet. Not sure about the other game, though the same could probably be applied for that as well

Preorders are usually opened for Nintendo games when Nintendo says so. In Splatoon's case, don't expect preorders to open before they set a release date in a direct
