That said 700k/800k is good only when thinking of what it could do fw in the past couple of months. That figure is horrible (but not the worse) for FF. The decline will be big, but at least in the west it wont be (if it does)

Sony has done many things wrong with the ps3, i think this was a reason too, for the bad situation of console market in japan, but now i think with the ps4 and the right games could change

Still miss the digital sales. Hope it sells a shit ton if its indeed very good.

This year will mark PS4s peak in sales in Japan, starting next year the only reasonable expectation is decline. If the YSO predictions will resemble actual sales, FF15 performance would be really bad, that´s less than 50% of FF13 first week, which alread saw a notable decline from PS1/PS2 FF games in Japan.
