Isn´t Level 5 publisher from Youkai Watch in Japan? So wouldn´t this be western centered sales? Asking because I don´t know.

Bandai Namco is handling merchandise.
450p seems like a given for Final Fantasy XV now. I think it will end up with 460-470p.
And a good day SaGa. Really looking forward to see how this game will perform in Japan!
Hello.. Newbie here (been silent reader for days).
At first I just wanted to track FFXV preorder numbers - but it really bugs me on how low the number is for a mainline FF game standard. Some people on the net even started concluding that FF brand is dead in Japan. But I think it's not all gloomy for FFXV.

Good, at least it didn't underperformed that badly to not beat everything else easily |
No, P5 didn't surpass MGSV. Here some data that I've collected..
TITLE | POINTS | SALES (JAPAN / WORLDWIDE) |
FINAL FANTASY XV | 436+ | ??? |
MGS V PHANTOM PAIN | 292 | 6 million copies shipped (worldwide) |
PERSONA 5 | 253 | 550k copies sold (Japan, including PS3) |
DARK SOULS III | 247 | 3 million copies (worldwide) |
DRAGON QUEST HEROES | 207 | 750k (worldwide) |
BLOODBORNE | 174 | 2 million copies (worldwide) |
There is a pattern that I really hope is true - for games with more 'western' feel or more worldwide fanbase, this preoder number won't really be the benchmark for worldwide market (like MGSV ended up shipped more than 6m copies despite that unexpectedly low preorder point). With FFXV getting more marketing efforts on western market (and maybe larger fanbase, idk), it has every chance to surpass MGSV sales.
I predict until year-end, SE will sell 1-1,2m copies in Japan and 2-3m copies worldwide.

SE should be aiming for alot more than 3mil WW (unless you meant just in the west). Japan would be good if it was 1.2mil. 1Mil is doable but i cant tell anymore. I believe in a 750k op and thats looking optimistic. Well itll be over 500k at least fw.
I think SE will ship around 5mil WW this year but after that i dont think itll strive for too long (maybe 7mil lifetime?
18 points for ffxv, amazing, i think it's the highest number of pre-order on one day for a ps4 game i have seen, but not sure;)
FFXV beasting with 18 points!!! Can't wait to see what the final numbers will be when it releases.
It did 450p, 2 days left! Im going to say here that whatever FFXV gets, it wont get much higher than its final pre order day. I think its a title where most people would pre order it (unlile pther titles)
