Imo i think FFXV delay wont change a thing in terms of sales but by FF moving itll help out p5 in the long run.

 

So if p5 were to sell 450k by years end, now i can see it sell an extra 50k for example.

Well yeah it could help boost certain games but won't it do damage to other games instead releasing around its new date?

Yes, though it selling 500k would still be very good. Persona in a way got me thinking its similar to FE huge boost in popularity. I think p5 has a chance at 2mil+ lifetime WW.

Personally I'm hoping it matches P4 and anything after that is a bonus.  Growth in a tough market would be a great achievement.

Not every1 is like that, If it opens with 300k and sells 400k Lifetime its nota bomba, not close to it. Just many of us expect Persona as a franchise growth with P5, which is why the Norm prediction for it lifetime is 500k-550k.

 

If there is a franchise with a huge potential growth, it is easily Persona with P5
