Assuming Pokémon Moon and Sun will have an average of 18 points all days from now (could be realistic consideing will have less points in a normal day, but more points in the weekend and a month before release) it will get another >2000 points and finish with almost 2400 points... Boutros jesus.

It need an avg of less than 16 points all days for be over XY in the end, and less than 11 points for beat ORAS.

Ok call it now: Pokémon Moon/Sun > Pokémon XY first week (Media Create and maybe Famitsu)

I think that's a safe assumption. 
The people who bought a 3DS system back in 2013 and 2014 for X/Y and/or OR/AS will surely be picking up Sun/Moon as well, or around 80-90% of them, and if there's a boost that comes from Pokemon GO, I think that Sun/Moon could potentially even surpass X/Y!
