It is not possible to not be on amazon but be in comgnet?

I have no idea man, if I knew some other japanese game retailers that let you pre order games online I might be able use that to see if this is just unique to amazon.jp, I don't think COMG let's you look through the games they have up for pre order online.

Also I'd suspect that we'd have seen the other version of Bloodborne on there already if it was available.
