Lol my friend bought himself an old-school NES copy controller for emulators because he feels like the DS3 is "too heavy" . I laughed at him because the common complaint is that it's too light. |
Too heavy??? Is your friend human? O.o
It literally weighs nothing. If I held two blu-ray discs in one hand and a DS3 in the other, the blu-rays would probably be heavier!

Only the avid FPS fans would prefer the 360 controller over the PS3 one. The 360 controller is so bulky and disorganized, and i don't even have small hands!

In general, the position of the thumb is most relaxed where the xbox's left analog stick is. You probably think it feels wrong because you grew accustomed to an unusual position. |
LOL I grew accustomed to an unusual position? Or maybe I just simply prefer the PS3 controllers analog sticks. The 360's analog sticks are only good for FPS games and thats it. Theres no right or wrong answer here so don't tell me I'm using an "unusual position". Grow up kid.

Too Small, Analog Sticks too close together, Triggers..etc..etc.
DS4 is a completely different controller from the DS3. It's the first major revision to Dualshock. since the addiction of analog sticks.

It's a mixture of both. More like convex with an indentation for your thumbs.

No, your hands must be deformed if you think that the thumb where the DS controller placed the thumpads is a relaxed position.
That's why the d-pad is where it is, you know, back when the PS controller didn't have an analog stick.

Yes, it would be utterly impossible for anyone other than avid FPS players to prefer the 360 controller.
/Sarcasm
The 360 controller is amazing. The only one I've liked better was the Dreamcast controller

I'm not even an FPS fan so don't categorize all of us that prefer the 360 controller as that because its not true
