I wonder if they'll usher in a new generation of home console versions, too, or if they're done with those forever.

Yeah I have no trust in Maxis or EA so I'm just going to write off this game now.

Never really got into the franchise.
Usually it gets boring so quick that I let my sims die in their own pool of piss.

I predict EA will remove everything they added to Sims3 (addons and DLC) and start to charge people again.

This will again be a modified Sims2 game. (even the TV shows in Sims3 were Sims 2 shows lol)

Why dont you buy the Windows Emulator for Mac's?   So your kid can play every game.

All The Sims games came to consoles and if there is an EA game that would be worth it to put on a Nintendo console it's The Sims.

When ever i pay sims I always get this though in my head "why ant i playing gta instead" and thats happens 5 mins into the game.

Online only, each person in the house is controlled by another player online.

It's a bit too early to be calling that.  We haven't heard anything about console versions of Sims 4 as of yet.

As Barozi says, if it's likely to come to any of the 3, it'll probably be Wii-U.
