I hate the story of God of War. I think Kratos is a giant asshole and don't know how anyone could like him...

Final Fantasy X was a much more linear game than Final Fantasy XIII and deserves more flak than it gets.

Oh, and this too actually.

Well, FF X gives you the chance of backtracking to the beginning of the game to collect all those orbs after defeating a certain boss. You didn't enjoy that part too? :P

I don't give a sh!t about brands, publishers and hardware makers.

As far as I care, I wouldn't mind all hardware makers to go down and have the PC as the only platform to develop for.

Please excuse my bad English.

Currently gaming on a PC with an i5-4670k@stock (for now), 16Gb RAM 1600 MHz and a GTX 1070

Steam / Live / NNID : jonxiquet    Add me if you want, but I'm a single player gamer.

Well, Final Fantasy XIII "opens up" in the final quarter (Gran Pulse), but that doesn't change the fact that 75% of the game is a corridor fest.  Just like FFX was, but I often see people regard X as the "last great Final Fantasy" - which in my opinion, was IX.

But no, I don't remember that.  I got up to fighting Sin on the airship towards the game and had enough, so never finished it.  People keep telling me to give it another go, perhaps I will with the HD Collection.

I love jrpg and didn't think that FFXIII linearity killed the experience.

Plus I am a fan of Gust and think that making their game more japanese can only be good

It happens after defeating the blue bubble boss in Macalania. I guess the game bored you so much that you fell asleep by then :D

But yes, the last great Final Fantasy was IX.

Trust me, plenty of people enjoyed XIII.  Those people just learned to never say anything, lest they be flamed by that 20 or so percent of the fanbase that didn't like it.

They can't be stopped...

I don't think anyone really likes Kratos, they just think he makes a good anti-hero (which is part of the draw of the story).

I enjoy Call of Duty single player campaigns.

Rockstar games after Vice City have been shit.

I liked MOH 2010.

I like MW2 (glitches and design sucked big time though), Black Ops & Black Ops 2

Uncharted gameplay sucks compared to Gears, especially online and co-op.

God of War series is the most over rated series of all time.

Resistance 2 >>>>>>> Killzone 2
