Forums - Gaming Discussion - Unpopular opinions you hold about games

What are some opinions you hold where you know you are in a small minority when it comes to gaming?

E.g. you love QTEs, you're a Nintendo gamer who likes EA, you think the Wii had great 3rd party support, you loved the level design in FF13...

Please respect people's opinions.

This could get ugly in no time. Imagine what could happen if somebody said that he doesn't like Shadow of the Colossus.

Didn't you learn anything from the Vita and Wii U thread? :P

I like EA

That's funny, because I actually didn't like Shadow of the Colossus. I completed it, but it felt like a chore and I was very bored.

I learnt nothing. ;)

Final Fantasy X was a much more linear game than Final Fantasy XIII and deserves more flak than it gets.

Oh, and this too actually.

I don't see the big issue with QTE's as long as they are used correctly. QTE's in Bayonetta? Horrible. Came out of no where, failure force you to restart from the last checkpoint, and adversely affected your ending score due to instant death from failing the QTE. Metal Gear Rising? Other than the odd "mash this to survive", I loved those QTE's. Ripping out spines, initiating Blade mode finisher, and executing instant blade mode. Those QTE's added to the interactivity of the game.

However, I know that the majority utterly detest QTE's no matter how they are used.

I don't care for the story in GTA games, i only buy them to use cheat codes and run around and cause mayhem(not sure if unpopular, but i do not know anyone else who does this).

Wow. Another potential fanboy war thread.

I find Zelda games boring.
