1. Infamous - I expected way too much from that game, I think.

2. Grand Theft Auto 4 - Many internet have discussed the disappointments of this game.

3. White Knight Chronicles 1 & 2 (Combining because the sequel is just the first game in reverse) - So much potential.

4. L.A. Noire - I made a thread about it.

5. Star Ocean 4 - I still haven't finished that bullshit.

6. Assassin's Creed - Such a chore to get through, but it's sequels made up for it.

Guitar Hero World Tour - I really enjoyed GH3 and probably came close to putting 100 hours into the game then they released a gimmick riddled sequel with horrible hit detection and woeful song library. The entire score attack challenge of the original games seemed to get lost a bit in the 4th game. It really did signal the end of the series.

GTA4 - I've never felt so compelled to never bother finishing a game, it was simply so boring I couldn't be bothered which is saying something when you consider I finished King Kong.

Skyward Sword. I must admit I set my expectations too high for this. I thought it would blow me away the same way Mario Galaxy did. Didn't come close.

That remake was glorious!!!!

Gran Turismo 5 even though I played it for 100+ hours it could have been so much better. 80% of the standard cars look pretty terrible and not all the premium cars look that great either. Also the tracks could have looked a lot better and on some of the replays the background graphics dip below PS2 level quality. The night racing is pretty good but racing in rain not so much as it brings on tons of jaggies.

Yeah, the complete Collection is the best. HD sprites FTW!!!!

Bayonetta, heard nothing but positive things about the game and I was quite excited to play it. Couldn't stand the game as a total package it was very boring, but I must say the boss fights were awesome.

Duke Nukem. No explanation needed.

That's too bad, but I'm still going to try it out eventually. :P Not the game I'm thinking of.

Mass Effect 3 was a really good game, but fell drastically short of fan expectations and developer promises.
