The more consoles the better, but if Nintendo want to shuld that the Wii U have real third paty support, I think Nintendo should show gameplay at one of their directs this year.

Nintendo doesn't want anything more to do with one of the most notoriously troublesome development studios around.
Offering it on Wii U and PC probably has more to do with the eShop's more permissive structure compared to other console's (current) digital stores. It's also generally a good idea for crowdfunded games to focus on a few platforms until more funding is secured by either a very successful campaign or a successfully launched product. They'll probably use Unity so it can be easily ported to other platforms later.

At first I was interested by the trailer... then I heard it was crowdfounded and episodic.
It is extremely difficult for me to get excited about a game that needs to beg consumers for money in order to happen.
It is also extremely difficult for me to get excited about a game that will only give me 2to4hours of gameplay at a time, and that will ask him to pay multiple times in order to enjoy those.
I wish Nintendo would step in and finance the project. Make it a full 60$game.
