Hey man, I totally agree. I didn't know this was coming from Iwata himself. Maybe his words will inspire developers to stop making cookie cutter mature rated games and go back to low cost, 40 or 50 dollars games. Maybe give Mario a break, make the next Zelda the last Zelda and move on, instead of bullets and blood and gore go back to character design, cut it with the realism and go by your own design of a character.

This coming from Iwata, maybe this is a sigh of new IPs coming for Nintendo, a guy can dream. :3

I would't mind that, I personally think they should end the Zelda series and give Mario a brake. What gamer want is new experience, personally what I want is fun gameplay and fun lovable characters that just make you smile, like Kid Icarus Uprising or Sly Cooper.

why would you want the next Zelda to be the last one? if the games weren't fun I would agree with you but they are and Nintendo will never stop making them as long as they keep selling well

I'd like to see a new Ip from Nintendo, maybe in the shooter market. I'd love to see there take on a shooter.
