Interesting but I was hoping for a bit more info from the trailer. Kind of like the reveal trailer we got for Black Ops 2 and then have a proper gameplay showcase at the Xbox reveal. But it seems they're going to show off the game at the Xbox event directly. That means the footage shown will be for next gen Xbox. Can't wait to see what they've done with next gen COD and what the Xbox itself can do.

That trailer was cool. I had no clue it was a cod game at first though and thought it was just one of those troll videos xD.

As you already know Call of Duty: Ghosts was officially announced today by Call of Duty publisher, Activision. The press release the company sent out failed to mention a Wii U version of the game, but the Wii U logo features prominently on the teaser site. Online news publication The Examiner contacted Activision to find out about the Wii U version. Here’s the company’s response.

" We don’t have any news for the Wii U at this time, as we aren’t dating next generation platforms yet. Stay tuned."

They will announce it for the WiiU.

Possible. Necesarry though? COD and Xbox already have aligned perfectly well together by now I reckon.

Until we get more information, I would advise changing the title to avoid confusion (read: platforms announced for the game).

"Call of Duty: Ghosts will release on Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and PC on November 5. Call of Duty: Ghosts will also be available for next generation platforms."
