I've have this problem of using bandwith when i'm not awake and no ones home. First thing i did was turn the wifi off in the modem settings. That seem to stop it for the rest of that day. Then i woke up this morning and from 8-2 it has been downloading appox 400mb an hour with the wifi still off.

So i'm guessing that ive got a program downloading stuff that im unaware off, my problem is that i have no idea how to track it down and find out can anybody give me a hand?
