I just played MP3 a bit on my Wii U and it looks hands down like a PS360 game, an early one, but the character models for Samus and the other Hunters are absolutely gorgeus ! (underrated gem )

Thanks for sharing the info! Yes, Xenoblade looks beautiful. It's sad that many devs didn't use its full potential.

You know full well Nintendo will be the one to show the Wii U's true power, but Nintendo games aren't exactly graphics intensive. They are mostly cartoons, so graphics really shouldnt matter unless its from Metroid or a third party. X doesn't even look that great compared to next gen titles but I am still psyched for it. Why might you ask? Because I learned to drop graphics and Nintendo in the same sentence a long time ago. Enjoy the game.

Nothing.  I was agreeing with you.  I looked at my wii games and thought "well Scarface looks better than it did on Xbox".  But ultimately you are right IMO. Graphically every wii game could be on gc with minor difference.  

Yeah, I love MP3. It's the attention to detail that really sells its visuals; alien plants getting more and more mutant as you get nearer to a Phazon seed, every culture having different geometric styles to their architecture, old buildings being three dimensionally chipped with age  instead of just having 2D cracks drawn on them, etc.

Quite amazing that the best looking Wii games ran at 60fps.
