Nintendo is sticking their head in the sand and allowing Sony and Microsoft to walk all over them. They've gone to their special place to hide in their shell. This is not the Nintendo of old that wanted to be seen. If you ask me, it looks like they've given in for the year to look up at giants.

I honestly think Nintendo is downplaying it's E3 conference so when the actual conference occurs it blows everyone away both literally and figuratively.

Sessler said Iwata confirmed it. Theres going to be a private media meeting and a Nintendo booth and thats it for E3. They are going to be Capcom for the year. I feel bad for the fans who put so much faith in them. They are running and hiding instead of showing publically what they have. I don't want to say they have nothing, but it wouldnt be too far fetched at this point to say.

I am relaxed, and sad for Nintendo. Nintendo hasnt been my first choice since I was really young in the 90's and this is proving every reason why. Actually I didnt really have a choice in the matter when my parents got me the NES and SNES, but they were my childhood. My respect is there  but that comes with heavy disappointment.

I really like Adam, but let's just see how this thing turns out. Personally I think this will be a very smart move, or a completely disastrous one.... I'm leaning towards the latter....

Wow. Any excuse to have a dig at Nintendo? So they've changed their format for E3 this year.... NINTENDO IS DOOMED!

I can't wait for the E3 Nintendo Direct, I honestly don't see a big difference between a stream of the ND and a stream of a presentation - the ND will cut the useless crap, though.

I can see how stories get so totally blown out of proportion. Nintendo say they're going to change up the way they present at e3 and focus on smaller presentations that are aimed to individual stakeholders, rather than have one large boring presentation aimed at everyone. Because of this you think the future of Nintendo looks grim?
