But WiiU being beat by PSP, not going to hear the end of this

That won't happen. WiiU sales will pick up after the next Nintendo Direct.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

Famitsu has PSP>WiiU and MC has WiiU>PSP.

Which one was more accurate again?

http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/profile/92109/nintendopie/ Nintendopie  Was obviously right and I was obviously wrong. I will forever be a lesser being than them. (6/16/13)

MC is Ota

Vita slightly down again but stabilising, we can assume we have found it's baseline around the 15k mark.

Surprising to see PS3 continuing to slide however. Would not be surprised to see a few weeks under the 10k barrier soon. And Wii U down again, sad times.

Nice Tomadotchi debut, 3DS boost is reasonable. I expect it to be maintained through Golden Week. And I really don't buy this Vita supply thing. There may be some issue, but not enough to increase sales dramatically. I think 15k is where it will stay; 50% or so higher than pre-price cut.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Also, it looks like SS may just reach 200k, but 250k is highly unlikely. Disappointing after such a strong opening.

Skyward Sword equals SS?

When is golden Week? I always thought it was during our Christmas. If not, then what do Japanese celebrate during our Christmas?

I guess the PS3 has reached saturation point in Japan? Because big games are coming out each week it seems, but sales are still declining.

No, Soul Sacrifice.

And Golden Week is basically a cluster of Japanese holidays which occurs around this time each year. It's a pretty big thing.

And I guess they celebrate New Year in Japan...

It doesnt really look good for Sony at all. They need something to grab peoples attention, if not, i expect PS4 launch to be VERY slow...which would be a disaster.

Seems like Vita has stabilized at around 15k...

And damn @ Tomodachi! Is that a good opening or just a decent one? Seems pretty good to me! It also managed to push the 3DS to 70k!

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

It'll easily go over 250k with the release of "The Best" version. It only takes a little bit of researching to see how much the cheaper re-releases extend the lives of hunting games (not to mention it was flat this week).

Are you talking about the single SKU or the overall sales of SS?
