I'm too lazy to think of a fake name, so I usually just put my real name with my favorite number after. On rare occasions, I use my nickname.

I have a fake name for all purposes, not just the internet, you know to avoid people, give people I don't like my name, weird sales phone calls, crap like that. Sean Phillips. It's good because a famous(ish) person also uses it as their real name.

Let's just say Bob Dole better be concerned if my online shenanigans are ever investigated.
