Why no Portable Ops?

Why no MGS HD? I've played MGS on my PC and loved the crisp graphics, now it's hard for me to look at the PSX version. I'd love to buy it for my Vita, but just can't get over the poor graphics :/ What a wasted opportunity. All they had to do was to improve the textures and add trophies and the collection would sell so much better.

Include MGS V demo and this will sell like hotcakes.

They should have given this from the very beginning to Ps3 users. And the 360 users the HD collection. I can't help but think that his is a money-grabbing for those Ps3 users that bought the HD collection, however, for those who didn't and wanted to jump straight into the series, this is a must-have!

Depends how much this all costs.  This is ultimately the HD collection, but could they have released the HD collection with MGS on the PS3 and not on the 360 version?  I highly doubt Microsoft would let the game through.  Same with bundling the game with MGS 4, since that game isn't coming to the 360 (Unless by some super suprise for the 360's last game).

Didn't the Ps3 version of the HD collection bring a code to download for free the original Metal Gear Solid?

Another collection, getting a bit ridiculous now Konami.

Honestly the first Metal Gear Solid on the PS1 still has a lot of charm and aged very well in my opinion. I would rather play it than Twin Snake.

Always wanted to get into Metal Gear Solid, this seems perfect.
