i hope nintendo dominates this gen aswell

I'm hoping the Wii U ends up like the Nintendo 64. So many of my favorite games of all time...

It doesn't really say that in the article. Really, its just wishful thinking.

Everyone knows there's 1 or 2 big Nintendo IP coming this holiday. NOW is what people are worried about.

Did you read the quote? He's specifically saying that he is hearing from sources that their holiday will be big. This is from a writer who is notoriously anti-WiiU.

this must be the year the wii u gets advertised properly and with a bunch of games I hope. or it is going down hill for real this time..

Expectation of a rumor of a announcement of announcements of game releases confirmed.

My expectations:

Two of the following three games will be announced for Q4: 3D Mario, Mario Kart 8, and Retro's secret project

One of them will get delayed into Q1 2013, most likely leaving Mario Kart as holiday 2013's big game

Other major Nintendo titles in Q3 and Q4 will include:
*Wii Party U4
*Pikmin 3
*Bayonetta 2 (Maybe)
*Wind Waker HD
*Yarn Yoshi

So about 5 major games. Meanwhile, 3rd party support will include

*Assassin's Creed 4
*Batman: Arkham Origins
*Rayman Legends
*Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Blacklist
*Watch Dogs

That's about 10 major games, none of them late ports or anything, in under half a year. Not a bad amount.

Well, I hope they show a bunch of stuff off. I'm waiting for a large price drop or some more stuff to come out.

Hopefully they really push sales of the WiiU cause I don't like seeing dismal numbers every week.
