I do love the Okami music, especially the way it perfectly accompanies every game moment, and a couple SMG songs (mainly Gusty Garden).  I would also say MGS:Peace Walker Main theme and Snake Eater should be on anyone's best game music list.

EDIT: Let's not forget the one 8bit classic I can listen to for an hour straight in it's original form...the Mega Man 2 Castle Theme!

This gen Baiyon from Pixeljunk has consistently delivered great soundtracks with their games.

Go back a bit and the music of Ico can still bring tears to my eyes


Can't leave Shadow of the colossus behind, the music fits the game so well. Turning on the music brings all the images flooding back.
