I knew GT5 wouldn't make it to 11 million by 2013. There were a few people on here who thought it would. Not even close.

lol

To be second it needs only 9.5 million... this year for sure.

In a normal statistical sense - margin of statistical error being constant - higher selling games would have a higher number of overtracking/undertracking due to their higher overall numbers, therefore - with the statistical margin of error being constant - higher sales - higher number of sales under/overtracked.

Just so I understand how things work here though-

If a game is on PS3 = UNDERTRACKED, USUALLY MASSIVELY
If a game is on 360 = NOT UNDERTRACKED - POSSIBLY OVERTRACKED

I think that's how it goes - correct me if I'm wrong.

Saying the games are for a different age group is not a fair reasoning mind set at all because most of these top selling games on the HD twins are shooters and are bought and played by the age group of 13 and under. While i do not agree with your sloppy reasoning for not including the Wii (although it wouldnt be much of a list with the Wii games taking maybe 8 or 9 of the top 11 list) i will not bash you for it and others who feel hes unfairly excluding the Wii,why not make your own thread including the Wii?

As for the list its pretty sad to see the list is dominated by a single genre of shooters (Least Gears is a TPS) :(

Yeah but GOW 3 would kick off MGS4 :(

The Sony games on this list are more like best bundled. Am I right?

Except MGS4 of course.

I hope Halo 4 will take the No.3 spot at the end of the year before the 720 releases.

GT5 will take the 2nd spot at the end of the year

I know, you tell me every few weeks ;). I meant that it would overtake Reach to get the No.3 spot since GT5 is alreadyin second place.

1. ODST
2. Gears 3
3. MGS4

the rest are overrated **** imho.

Also wow so the best selling Uncharted title has barely outsold an overpriced Halo 3 expansion in ODST. For some reason I thought Uncharted was a bigger franchise than that.

There is lots of evidence /speculation presented that some PS3 games are undertracked. A lot of them got bundled hard so I cannot see that they would magically stop selling personally. What evidence has been given that any of these 360 games are not undertracked?
