I don`t agree aswell.
What company has so many great franchises that are loved by millions? Imagine if Nintendo stopped making use of them and spent their time developing just new franchises or even going half old, half new franchises. People would always complain that their beloved franchise wasn`t getting attention.

Even if Nintendo uses the same franchises every generation, you don`t see them overusing them. There were 4 mainline Halo games+Halo wars+Halo 1; 3 Uncharted games, 2 mainline GoW games+PS2 remakes; 4 Gears games.
I don`t hear the same considerations towards the companies or those franchises. Yet people accuse Nintendo of not doing something new like Excite Truck, Wii Sports, Wii Fit, Wii Music, Brain Training, Nintendogs, Endless Ocean, Rythim Heaven, etc.

Nintendo has a content problem, not an innovation problem.

And also, a gimmick problem. (And I'm not talking about hardware)

I LOVE ICELAND!

well they do say some good points, but after all its all their opinions. they are talking about how nintendo is pushing them away, and they have legitimate points but they arent the same as mine so i cant really say i agree with them. but a lot of what they said does make sense and their point of views are understandable

I would love more new Nintendo IPs, but then I also love me some Mario and Zelda, so I can't have it both ways I guess. Gamespot has a heavy pro-MS/anti-Nintendo stance though. Just look at the top menu bar. They also didn't cover the WiiU launch. Pathetic.

Nintendo rely too much on nostalgia then new IPs, and its starting to grow stell. Do you agree with GameSpot?

I agree up to a point, I would love to see new IPs from Nintendo, why you think I heavliy support Dillon's Rolling Western so much. I personally feel they should have ended the zelda franchise with Skyward Sword and moved on to something new, Like Bungie ending Halo 4 and moving on to Destiny. But it is a good buisness move to push these old franchises to a new generation of players.

Bungie didnt make Halo 4. They left after Halo Reach i believe. Halo 4 was created by 343

Gamespot just got themselves a fan, this is why I don't game on Nintendo

Without order nothing can exist - without chaos nothing can evolve.

In one point they really are right, Nintendo needs new IPs. Of course the should keep their old IPs every Nintendo Fan loves Zelda, Mario or Pokemon but their last really new core IPs was probably Pikmin and it was created on gamecube 12 years!!!! ago.
Nothing really new since 12 years this slowly starts to get really repetitive and it is ridiculous that they not investing in a few new IPs.

I know 343 made Halo 4. That was Microsoft part because they barely have any exclusive. Bungie was done ,but Microsoft wasn't ready to let go of one of their biggest franchise.

Don’t follow the hype, follow the games

Here a little quote I want for those to keep memorize in your head for this coming next gen.

They're right, because Nintendo still hasn't made that M-rated FPS people has been saying they need to do. Now that will be a game like no other we've seen before.

After watching the video.. It must be hard for them to keep seeing those new zeldas and marios cause it reminds them that 25 years after the first games.. they are still a virgin...
