From 1st parties we could see

June-Game & Wario

July-Wii Fit U

August-Pikmin 3

September-Wind Waker

October-Yarn Yoshi

November-3D Mario

December-Mario Kart

Thats not including any unnanounced games or any from 3rd parties

You're also forgetting the 15 or so known VC games plus countless others that will be upgraded from WiiVC through rest of year.

Pokemon Rumble U, Wii Party U,  and Wonderful101.

yup and Watch Dogs, AC 4, COD, Batman, Splinter Cell, Rayman, Destiny, Deus Ex, Injustice, RE Revelations. A pretty solid 1st year line up.

I think we should wait and see if Wii-U actually gets COD and what kind of version it will be.

I don't see why it wouldn't.

Modern warfare 3 got a Wii version and Wii U got Black Ops 2.

To be fair, any increase from zero is infinity percent.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

My personal guesses

Late July - Wii U Party
August - Pikmin 3 + price cut on hardware
September - Zelda: Wind Waker Reborn
October - Yoshi's Epic Yarn
November - The Wonderful 101 + Wii Fit U
December - Mario Kart U

Multiplats: Rayman, Batman, COD, Watch Dogs, Assassin's Creed, NBA 2K. No EA Sports or Battlefield 4.

From 0 to 2 releases in a half of a year. Dramatical increase.
Pikmin 3 until July is a completly joke. Unless they are planning a relaunch this E3 with a steady stream of games during the rest of the year and a price cut they can says whatever they want and consumers will continue ignoring it.

What I really can't understand for the life of me is what Nintendo was doing that whole year before Wii U launched where they completely stopped supporting Wii? You'd think they would have been using all that time to develop plenty of great first party Wii U games that could keep it going its first 6 months or so. But no, we still have ended up with a total drought during that time. Basically since Skyward Sword Nintendo has only released one other high profile home console title, and that's NSMB U. And that's a fine game and all, but it's certainly not revolutionary and something that used up all that game developing time. So what were they doing the last year and a half or so? Twiddling their thumbs? I know my Wii U will eventually be a worthwhile purchase, I mean just look at the 3DS now, but Nintendo has pretty much put the nail in the coffin for me supporting their systems at launch. I mean there's just no point.

They were putting a ton of time into 3DS games, getting ready to launch the Wii U and working on future Wii U games.  You do realize that most games take close to 2 years to complete....

I have noticed that a lot of the vocal people on the forums when it comes to the lack of Wii U games are from people who don't own one and most like never will.  I own one along with all the other systems.  The releases have been very slow, but not none existent.  I've pretty much always had something to play on the Wii U when I'm in the mood.  It's the big Nintendo heavy hitters that most are anxious for.  I know that Nintendo will release them when the games are ready...I can wait.

I think it will if PS360 get it. I guess they werent happy with Black Ops 2 sales but what were they expecting? It will probably end up selling 300-500k and the next title could very well pass 1 million. I know thats not nearly what is sells on the PS360 but its a console with a very small userbase.

Just like the 1st COD on 720/PS4 will sell far less than they are use to on the 360/PS3....All of the first wave of games for the two new systems will sell rather low compared to their counterparts on the 360/PS3.

I do think COD on 720/PS4 will be the best selling game on those platforms and have a long tail of sales though. That's the Sony/MS audiences' bread and butter.

I dunno, the original DS had a very limited library for the first year it released, and still sold well.

Wii U sales will definatly jump when software comes out, but I'm not sure if they will explode, like the Wii's did.

We'll see come July 14th/August 4th when Pikmin 3 released in Japan/NA respectively (dunno the EU release date).

Yet another packed holiday season?!? Back in January I was expecting both G&W and WiiFit U to be released by now and the Wonderful 101 on May.  And after so many delays a summer release for Pikmin together with WiiU Party. But it looks like there is nothing nearby and everything is delayed to summer or after? Learn to spread your releases.
