Agreed. It really was a great comeback in sales but it's just a damn shame that amazing series like Resistance did not sell as well as they should have.

Look at this: Sony has lost billions and it is still losing, but here's the Ps3 despite everything they went through. I think Rocky Balboa and Ps3 are the most fitting example.)

Sega made the beset comeback. They went from the Master system which basically failed to the Sega Genesis/meadrive

I don't think people understand what the OP is trying to say, either that or they are intentionally ignoring it. He meant the sales comeback of a single console only, not the financial comeback of a company.

It is quite surprising to see the PS3 selling so well after how things were in 2007. 3DS could be compared to it but its poor start didn't last nearly as long.

You are changing the subject, I am not comparing movies but fights.

My comparison is still more apt; the Russian was already in shape (out one year earlier), he was taller than Rocky (more games), heavier than Rocky (100 bucks cheaper) and had already killed Rocky's friend Apollo (stolen ex sony exclusives).

Oh! Should have started there. That makes more sense, but then, wouldn't be aproppiated to say it's a Rocky 3 comeback? More than 4? It was at the top then fell down to point zero by a newcomer, then fought his way back to the top again?

Sony losing the CD add on deal with Nintendo was Rocky 1, PS1 was Rocky 2, PS2 was Rocky 3. Another reason Rocky 4 is more appropriate for the PS3; the arrogance Appolo showed to the Russian.

You seem to be a pretty Rocky enthusiast, by the way =P which is a good thing. I don't know, this is probably one of the weirdest comparisons I've ever done, so I don't know how to properly answer this xD
