Congrats Dark Souls you deserve sales but I liked Demon's Souls more.

I wonder if this will be announced for next gen eventually?

I agree with pezus... the 360 version looks overtracked here using the numbers released.

I recall some accusations a while ago that it would have been better for From Software to leave this "series" exclusive to the PS3.

I'm pretty sure Sony did the same market with Demon's that Nanco did with Dark the Demon's had sold over 2 million only on PS3.

1.7m only by players mouth is AMAZING.

Glad the series is getting such great sales. The day they make this series casual to entice new customers will be a sad, sad day.

Did u watch the video? Looks anything but casual . I know a lot of people were worried DS2 would be easier since the developers wanted it to be more "accessable" but it looks about the same with the exception of carrying more weapons around.

Personally well deserved. I wasn't the only one who thought Dark Souls > Skyrim (well Gametrailers gave it RPG of the year at least).
