Awesome hyped!

I was left with a bitter taste after playing Tales of Legendia, but seeing this has got me hyped! (of course before that I need to play Graces F and Symphonia)

well i'm excited I love tales games.

Even though watching this video I went "really again"

i swear every tales game has some special force in the world, be it mana, spirit, whatever they decide to name it in the game. For some reason it is going to dissapear and the whole world thus die. heroes go out and save it.

Seriously can they think of a different scenerio to evolve the storyline around. You know maybe something just simple like warring countries. Something besides saving mana from dissapearing and thus all life as well.

This game does have war. But the energy thing is like a staple to this series.

Well there is war in other gmaes, was just stating I wish the they didn't have a staple.  be nice for once to not have "energy" to be saved.

Star Ocean is what you might want to check out as War is more focused imo (especially in Till the End of Time).

Was just an example, and I do like Star Ocean.

Was just stating it woudl be nice to have a tales game NOT be about energy saving for once.

In that case....I recommend Tales of Eternia (PSP) or Tales of Destiny II (PSX) which are the same.

The game follows Reid Hershel as he tries to prevent the Grand Fall, a cataclysmic event that would destroy his planet along with that of newly-found traveling companion Meredy. Specifically, the Grand Fall entails the violent collision of twin planets Inferia and Celestia. The two planets, face one another, separated by the Orbus Barrier. Interaction between the two planets has been infrequent over the last few centuries despite their proximity; the Bridge of Light linked Inferia and Celestia in the distant past, but the link has been severed for an extensive period of time. The Aurora War, an ancient conflict that set Inferia against Celestia over two thousand years ago, continues to generate persistent mistrust between the two groups. The Orbus Barrier has shown recent signs of weakening and possible collapse due to the actions of an unknown external force.

The journey takes Reid across both planets, as he seeks out those responsible for this movement towards the brink of annihilation.

Was one of my first Tales games I played (and if I remember right my first one to beat XD). I should play it again and record it hmmm...
